Office Manager

Commsignia is a leading software and hardware provider on the emerging Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2X) communication market, with a mission to increase traffic safety and efficiency on the road. As our Office Manager your task will be to create order in chaos and be the ultimate problem solver for everyone in the office who is in need of travel arrangements, office supplies or other office services. You will be the ultimate hub for everything that arrives to or leaves the office, making sure that everything is tracked and accounted for.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Ensure a pleasant and functional office environment, keep the office area neat and ready to use.
  • Keep daily contact with facility-related suppliers (both in Hungarian and in English), supervise their work.
  • Handle the procurement of kitchen and office supplies.
  • Organize international business trips (planning, booking and administering the trips).
  • Track and administer incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
  • Keep all company documents (contracts, delivery documents, etc.) up-to-date.
  • Provide support in teambuildings and other office events.
  • Handle the company mobile and test car fleet.
  • General administrative and operative tasks.
General requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Great communication skills in Hungarian and English
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems under pressure
  • Proactive, assertive personality, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Highly structured and transparent way of working is a must
  • Ability and willingness to learn fast and pick up new things easily
