Software Solution Architect - System Engineer

Commsignia is a leading software and hardware provider in the emerging Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2X) communication market. We actively participate in research and standardization activities of the industry as well, contributing to the shaping of this technology that we passionately believe in, through which transportation can become safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.
Responsibilities:
- Break down system requirements to software, hardware, interfaces, and APIs requirements to meet space, cost, and performance targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automotive project scope and provide estimation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, leveraging ongoing projects to prioritize initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of system enhancements, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Work with stakeholders to deliver robust, production-worthy solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven experience with designing complex, multi-purpose software or service
- Experience with hardware requirement definition and high-level designing
- Experience in the field of Computer Science
Nice to have:
- Experience with ASPICE
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates, and key management, PKI
- Experience with software development and processes, understanding how the development of complex software works
